College Essay Guidance
Although the college application process can be a daunting one, the essay writing process need not be. The College Essay is an exciting opportunity for the student to present him or herself in his or her own voice. Our college essay counselors have the experience and knowledge to help each student develop an essay that will accentuate the unique qualities that convey each student’s individuality. Our college essay counselors provide the following services. A typical package price is $275.00 which includes three sessions (45 minutes to 1 hour each) that guide the student through:
- organizing and prioritizing essays and applications
- brainstorming, selecting and prewriting appropriate essay topics
- email consultation and support between the 3 sessions
- editing final drafts for mechanics and grammar

Writing Tutoring
In today’s technology based world, writing is a necessary skill. At times in their academic careers, students may need extra support to raise the level and fluency of their writing skills. Our tutors are skilled writing teachers who provide support for students in regard to:
- essay organization (including the development of sound thesis statements)
- essay style (grammar mechanics and word choice)
- writing essays in a timed environment
Depending upon the tutor and the grade level of the student, cost per session varies from $75 – $100 per hour long session.
